Oak Hills Home Care was built with a mission of caring for the elders and loving them. It is a 6 bed residential care facility for the elderly licensed by the state of California.

Our home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood close to community services, medical and dental facilities, shopping malls, restaurants and churches.

Our purpose is to encourage our residents to move towards independence and sustain their function at a high level of self-care. Our professional staff will stimulate and support our resident's desire to use their social, physical, mental and emotional capabilities to their fullest extent and maintain their highest attainable level of function to prevent further mental and physical deterioration.
